At Â鶹¹ÙÍø, our Board have two core functions; to set the strategic direction of the organisation and to ensure financial probity. As a Multi Academy Trust, the Board of Â鶹¹ÙÍø MAT is responsible for all of the Academies in the Trust. We do this by delegating functions to the Local Governing Body of each Academy through a Scheme of Delegation.
Below you can see our governance structure, and the details of our Committees. Information on individual academy Local Governing Bodies can be found on individual academy websites.
